We are thrilled to offer this exceptionally rare Grade 1 natural coffee from Ethiopia’s Gedeb region, sourced from the single farm of Shitaye Abebe. Ethiopian coffees are typically blended from countless smallholders, but Abebe’s larger-scale farm allowed for this unique, dedicated microlot of 100 bags. Grown at the lofty altitude of 2200 meters in the Chelchele sub-region, the farm cultivates high-yield, disease-resistant JARC 74110 and 74112 varieties. This lot was handled by the acclaimed Chelbesa Danche mill (part of the SNAP Specialty Coffee group), a trusted source for exceptional coffees.
