This is a minimal intervention natural coffee, a Yirgacheffe district coffee from Ethiopia, produced by Takele Mammo Denbi, the former managing director of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Union. It is certified organic. The flavor profile is fruit-forward without being overt, and delicately floral and clean.
